Set in precious 14-carat white gold, it features a round crystal opal from Lightning Ridge, the most famous and now almost exhausted opal mine in the world. Such stones are not bought – you have to find them. Or have the right contacts. The round cut of this opal is an absolute rarity. It brings out the fire and depth of the stone with a perfection that is hardly available on the open market anymore.
