The special apple brandy is a tribute to grandfather Georg, who was known in the Allgäu as the “man with the Lake Constance diesel”. In 2008 we created our first apple brandy from Golden Delicious and Jonagold. The unique combination of these two traditional apple varieties creates a fruity-sweet play of flavors on the palate. In terms of taste, this apple brandy is characterized by its intense apple aromas and a fine fruity character. The Steinhauser family has been at home with their distillery on Lake Constance since 1828 and has been distilling for 6 years. Generation the finest drops. Passion across generations.
