Organic Avocado Oil 250 ml

Our avocado oil has a mild and nutty taste of avocado and is organic, cold pressed & extra virgin. Thanks to its unique fat composition and good taste, the oil is excellent for all types of cooking - both cold and hot. Avocado oil is good to drizzle over salads, in dressings, sauces & marinades. It is also absolutely perfect to use in both the frying pan and the oven as it can withstand high temperatures (250 ° C). Avocado oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and about 70% of the oil consists of oleic acid - a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid. This in combination with its rich content of polyphenols makes it much more suitable for cooking than other seed oils.
