It matures in individually toasted barrels made from American & German Napoleon oak as well as sherry and wine barrels and is bottled at almost cask strength. Raw material: 100% German rye Barrels: American & German Napoleon oak, ex-white wine, ex-sherry Tasting Notes: Butterscotch and black pepper, perfect balance of ripe oak, juicy grain and light vanilla notes; dried fruits, a hint of clove and a fascinating long finish.
