This cream contains essential oils frankincense, ginger, rosemary and black pepper which may have a synergistic action to help sore muscles and joint, by virtue of their rubefacient action. Ingredients: Aqua, Ginger Oil, Black Pepper Oil, Boswelia Serrata (Frankincense), Rosemary Oil, Caprylic & Capric Triglyceride, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Vitis Vinifera (Grapeseed), Stearic Acid, Glycerin, Cetyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexyglycerin, Tocoherol, Sodium Bicarbonate, Benzyl Alcohol. Use: Apply as often as desired by vigorously rubbing into the skin. Test on a small area of skin before use, avoid contact with the eyes.
