Balsamic vinegar bottle 37.5 cl Grande Réserve

This balsamic vinegar is produced near Modena in Italy. It benefits from the IGP designation which guarantees a minimum level of concentrated grape must and wine vinegar, as well as aging for at least 2 months in oak barrels. What is important to emphasize is the proportion of concentrated grape must and wine vinegar, which is 60/40. Balsamic vinegar is produced exclusively from the estate's grapes. No caramel or any coloring. Compared to the superior selection, this Grande Réserve balsamic vinegar brings superior complexity. The aromatic bouquet of balsamic vinegars is generally dominated by notes of ripe fruits such as cherry, plum, fig, strawberry and raspberry, as well as aromas of honey, caramel and wood. The woody and spicy notes, derived from aging in barrels made of different types of wood, such as oak, cherry, mulberry and juniper, give the balsamic vinegar an additional aromatic complexity. Premium balsamic vinegars also have well-balanced acidity, which contributes to their complex and harmonious flavor. Younger balsamic vinegars, such as traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, have a more pronounced acidity, while more aged balsamic vinegars have a milder, more subtle acidity. We have been working with the Malpighi vinegar maker for many years. Malpighi is an Italian producer of high-quality balsamic vinegars, based in Modena, in the Emilia-Romagna region. Since its founding in 1850, the Malpighi company has been committed to producing traditional balsamic vinegars of the highest quality, using artisanal production methods and ingredients from the region. Balsamic vinegar is a highly prized product in Italy, with a long history dating back to ancient times. Malpighi balsamic vinegars are made from cooked grape must, aged for years in wooden barrels, which give the vinegar a sweet, complex flavor and a velvety texture. The production process of Malpighi balsamic vinegars is entirely artisanal, with production techniques passed down from generation to generation. The grapes are hand-selected and then cooked in copper cauldrons to produce grape must. The must is then aged for years in barrels made of different types of wood, such as oak, cherry, mulberry and juniper, each of which contributes its own distinctive flavor and aroma. Malpighi balsamic vinegars are produced in a range of qualities and flavors, from traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena to vinegars flavored with fruit and herbs. Each bottle of Malpighi balsamic vinegar is carefully labeled and numbered to guarantee the authenticity and quality of the product. Malpighi is a producer of traditional balsamic vinegars of the highest quality, with an established reputation in Italy and throughout the world. Thanks to artisanal production methods and the use of the highest quality local ingredients, Malpighi balsamic vinegars offer a smooth and complex flavor, as well as a velvety texture, making them a culinary product of choice for connoisseurs and gourmets.
