Tray Ölandskvarn - Öland - 38-Cm

öland, the oblong island east of Kalmar, is known for being a beautiful place with a variety of beautiful sights to visit. One of Öland's most well-known features are all its mills. Our tiles with a black and white graphic print of Öland's mill show one of these classic mills. It is a stump mill and there are around 300 scattered all over the island. It is said that there were around 2,000 windmills in the middle of the 19th century and although not all could be saved, there are still many windmills to visit today. These well-known motifs work very well as prints on our trays.
