This poster has a picture of the Hyllie Water Tower, located in the district of Hyllie in Malmö. The white tower is shaped like a mushroom and can hold up to 10,200 cubic meters of water. The design came from an architectural competition won by the proposal ”Drabant” from the company Kjessler & Mannerstråle. The tower was completed in 1973 and is therefore Malmö's youngest water tower as Kirseberg tower and Pildamm tower are both more than a hundred years old. The ground level where the tower is built is 21 meters above sea level. You can buy this and many other stylistically designed posters online directly from us. As the tower is white and clearly visible, colored lighting is used at night to give it color. Blue is standard, but red is used at Christmas. All copies are screen-printed in 50x70 format on 170g quality paper. Each copy is delivered in a cardboard tube. Frame not included.
