Posters By Kärnan - Helsingborg

This design features an image of the Core, the last surviving part of Helsingborg's old castle. The exact date is impossible to know, but it is estimated that the construction of the tower that exists today began in the 1310s on the orders of the Danish king Erik Menved. After the Scanian War, Charles XI ordered that the fortress around the tower be demolished so that it could not used as a base by enemies. The core went through a restoration from 1893-1894. We have posters and large paintings on both historic and modern buildings. Order them today! The stair tower is 38.5 meters high and the tower itself is 35 meters high, but as Kärnan is built on the land castle you can see far from the top. All copies are screen printed in 50x70 format on 170g quality paper. Each copy is delivered in a cardboard tube. Frame not included. Dimensions: W 50 cm H 70 cm All orders are sent by post and our normal delivery times are 3 working days.
