By breaking down the starch into simple sugars, the taste improves significantly. The activated buckwheat replaces gluten-containing cereals and is cooked in 1 minute with a little water due to the germination and is therefore an ideal side dish alternative in dishes. You can also use it in muesli and as a topping for desserts or as a crunchy side dish!
