Our sun-ripened physalis - also known as Inca plum, Andean berry and Cape gooseberry - come from controlled organic cultivation. At the peak of their maturity, they are harvested by hand, washed in clear water and then gently dried in a stream of air at below 45 °C. Their pleasant, wonderfully sweet and sour taste and abundance of nutrients and vital substances make them a welcome snack and a valuable ingredient in all kinds of (raw food) dishes and desserts. Ingredients: 100% physalis from controlled organic cultivation Gluten free, soy and peanut free, vegan. Hints: Store in a cool, dark and dry place.
