Château Rocher Corbin Les Promesses 2016

The 2016 Château Rocher Corbin Les Promesses is a red wine from the appellation Montagne-Saint-Emilion that contains grapes of 2014. A beautiful colour and a delicate nose of fresh, light, nicely lively, red fruit, berries, raspberry, blackcurrant. This wine is 100% Merlot and was made of young vines (15 to 25-year-old vines) using a copper or sulfur-based treatments only. It was also manually harvested and put at low temperature maceration and long fermentation (1/2 in concrete tanks and 1/2 in oak barrel).
