Château Rocher Corbin Montagne-Saint-Émilion 2016

The wine Château Rocher Corbin is a Red wine produced in the Bordeaux region in France, by Château Rocher Corbin. This 2016 vintage comes from the Montagne-Saint-Émilion appellation. A beautiful colour and a delicate nose of garnet, complex, silky tannin, mature fruit, candied fruits, plums, blackberries, blackcurrant, slightly oaky. This wine is 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc and was made of young vines (30 to 120-year-old vines) using a copper or sulfur-based treatments only. It was also manually harvested and put at low temperature maceration and long fermentation (3/4 in oak barrels and 1/4 in concrete tanks).
