Senpai (先輩) means 'senior/mentor' and is an important element in Japanese culture. Much of Japanese society is built on seniority-based status relationships. Throughout the school system and in workplaces, status is based on age or seniority, where people refer to each other as senpai (先輩) and kōhai (後輩) (senior & junior). Sizes A4 and A3 are wrapped in cellophane pockets with solid cardboard back. All posters above 40x50 are wrapped in solid black cardboard tubes.
