We made a conscious decision not to use any animal components in our underwear, but to manufacture our collection from organic cotton - Taynies are 100% vegan. washing and grooming Taynies are washable up to 60 degrees. After wearing your Taynie, wash it out with cold water to prevent the blood from clotting. Then you put the underwear in the washing machine, preferably in a laundry net, and wash it at a maximum of 60 degrees. However, 30-40 degrees is quite enough to wash all bacteria out of underwear and extend its life. After the wash cycle, your Taynie will air dry - Taynies don't like dryers and irons at all. We would also advise against using fabric softeners, as this reduces absorbency. If you take good care of your Taynie, it can last up to 4 years. You can find more information about care here. Shipping and returns Taynies are shipped within Germany with DHL GoGreen. The shipping costs are €4.90, even if you order just one Taynie. From an order value of 70 € we will ship free of charge. The delivery takes about 2-5 working days for packages within Germany. Of course you can track your package with a tracking number. For deliveries to EU countries we charge €9.00, the delivery time is approx. 7 working days. (Austria 3-4 days) If you don't like your order, you can return it within 90 days. Yes, you have 90 days! 😊 The underwear should of course be in perfect condition. For the return, fill out the enclosed sheet and send the goods back to us postage paid.
