Baumkuchen cake with Matcha 220 gr

Traditional Japanese cake Baumkuchen (年輪蛋糕) is made by brushing batter onto a rotating skewer. 

Once cooked and sliced, you'll see multiple layers (anywhere between 15 and 20, but can reach up to 25), which resemble tree rings. 

Baumkuchen in Japan can come in flavors like green tea, chocolate, or even cherry blossom. 

A soft and tasty cake, excellent to serve with a hot drink during tea time.
