Relaxing and calming, this camomile tea is made from pure camomile flowers. It's caffeine-free and great to drink to unwind in the evening before bed... So sit back, put your feet up, drink some camomile tea... and relax. When to drink? Great to drink all day, but particularly nice in the evening when you're winding down before bedtime. Brewing instructions: 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf or 1 pyramid bag. 2-8 mins  as preferred, at 95-100º without milk.   Store in cool dry conditions, away from direct sunlight
