Salted butter caramel

Flavored black tea. A black tea deliciously embellished with diced caramel and fleur de sel. A guilty pleasure that we gladly allow ourselves! This recipe contains 80% black tea and 5% sea salt. Leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes at 90-95°C.
