Grandma's basket

Fruit infusion. This skilfully orchestrated arrangement of fruits, flowers and herbs hides a little taste of nostalgia: its sweet and familiar scents remind us of Grandma's authentic cooking. Hibiscus flowers are often honored in Africa and the Middle East, where they are dried and infused into a sweet, ascorbic acid-rich infusion. Leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes at 95-100°C.
