Raspberry Oolong

Fragrant oolong. A rounded Milky Oolong with sweet and tangy notes of red fruit. The milky sweetness of this semi-fermented tea is perfectly combined with the acidity of the raspberry. A gourmet recipe that can be eaten as a dessert at the end of a meal. Oolong tea is an incompletely fermented tea, halfway between green tea which is not oxidized and black tea which is completely oxidized. It is characterized by a natural buttery fragrance and an absence of bitterness which makes it very pleasant on the palate. This recipe contains 85.5% Oolong tea. Leave to infuse for 5 to 7 min at 90-95°C.
