Terras Gigurras

Terras Gigurras is a project to enhance the natural and gastronomic resources of the Valdeorras region, an area of ​​contrasts in the interior of Galicia.  With great geological and landscape diversity, Valdeorras is a territory with a strong cultural and historical identity, largely sustained by the vestiges of Romanization.

Hence our name, which recalls the Gigurri, the tribe that inhabited this access area to Galicia with the arrival of the Roman Empire.  Centuries later, we continue to be attached to the territory, finding in it the resources and inspiration to recover, innovate, produce and offer
products and services from the earth.
