On the nose, subtle aromas of white peach and ripe pear. A nice freshness in the mouth with notes of honey and brioche. This wine will go perfectly with grilled trout accompanied by pan-fried fennel braised in olive oil, pasta with a garden of spring vegetables, barbecued shrimp with garlic butter or a risotto with lemon, celery and herbs.
