CHAMPAGNE MAX COCHUT - Extra Brut - France - Champagne

The Cochut family has been cultivating their vines for the 5th generation and cultivates the best Premier Cru location (99%). Just around the corner from Bouzy and Ay are 20 hectares of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines, of which only 6 hectares of the best grapes are processed into Max Cochut. The Cochut family only produces around 24,000 bottles a year (almost organic). The remaining grapes are sold to the surrounding large champagne houses, such as Veuve Clicquot. The special thing about winemaker champagne Max Cochut is the extremely long bottle fermentation. 15 months are mandatory and the Cochut family makes it 84 months for Tradition Brut and Extra Brut and even 60 months for Reserve. That's why we definitely recommend enjoying the Max from a white wine glass. The age needs the appropriate size. Champagne Max Cochut Extra Brut consists of 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay grapes. Classic champagne with wonderful brioche notes. Creamy and powerful, it goes well as an aperitif or with food. Max Cochut Extra Brut has 7 years of bottle fermentation and goes perfectly with oysters, seafood, birthdays and family celebrations. contains sulfites Drinking temperature: 10-12°C store at 12-14°C Enjoy from a large white wine glass or large champagne glass.
