Kolkata chai

This is a warming blend of strong black Assam tea and whole spices including fresh ginger, star anise, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon and cloves. It’s made from a family recipe by the Chota Tingrai Estate in Assam. Spices are sourced from farms across India and then added to the tea whole, with some crushed slightly to improve the brewing.
