Coloured Tea Light Glasses (Set of Three)

These lovely tea light glasses, or votives, make a gorgeous gift. They are hand made and finished with a mottle effect to allow the flame from the tea light to create a beautiful atmosphere. The tea light glasses come in a box of three jewel-like colours – turquoise, lilac and silver. All our glassware products are handmade using a proportion of recycled glass by WFTO (World Fair Trade Organisation) accredited producers in India. They are made entirely by hand using traditional skills handed down from generation to generation. Dimensions: Approx. 65mm tall This product has been made by Noah’s Ark, a fantastic member of both the World Fair Trade Organisation (WFTO) and Fair Trade Forum India. With their mission to commit themselves and the producer groups they work with to Fair Trade principles, their goal is to change the lives of grassroots artisans. The organisation works with around 49 talented producer groups, representing approximately 500 artisans collectively working towards the eradication of poverty. Their focus on education and capacity building enables the people they support to become more aware of fair working conditions and the environment, in order to promote the value, cultural heritage and beauty of their handmade products.
