The boxes are made of 99% recycled board that can be recycled affter use. However, the boxes are sturdy and of excellent quality and you might want to re-use them again! Inside, the box has a non-tarnish insert made out of recycled eco-fibre. The soap bars are wrapped in compostable, unbleached greaseproof paper.
