Five flavoured sea salts, rich in herbs, spices and aromatics.  These blends are the essence of the many journeys we've made around the Mediterranean dining, market-shopping and cooking. In our vocabulary seasonings are the life of food. From a single herb to a time-honoured blend, Mediterranean cooking is a synergy between ingredients and seasonings, the one giving life and savour to the other. Inside each tube you'll find 50g tins of: Herbes de Provence Cook's Salt with Sea salt, oregano, marjoram, basil, rosemary, savory, sage, tarragon, lemon zest and garlic. With its preponderance of woody herbs from sunbaked hillsides this aromatic blend is the signature flavour of Provence used for green vegetables, salads, slow-cooked stews (daubes) and baked fish. Fennel & Oregano Cook's Salt with Sea salt, fennel seeds (16%), oregano (8%), orange zest, paprika, chilli flake. A blend of favourite Sicilian aromatics used to season fried aubergines, fish stews, grilled tuna and roast pork.  Wild Thyme & Chilli with Sea salt, Za'atar (contains sesame) (16%), oregano, Turkish black chilli (4%), mint This is salt infused with Za'atar, the traditional Lebanese, Syrian and Palestinian blend of wild thyme and citrussy sumach. We've teamed it with Urfa Biber - Turkish malty black chilli - for depth of flavour. Lemon and Green Herb with Sea salt, lemon zest (12%), parsley, basil and dill. For baked white fish, salads, peas and broad beans, pasta, potato salad and rice salad. This is a zesty Mallorcan favourite. Smoked Paprika & Garlic with Sea salt, paprika, garlic, smoked paprika (16%), hot oak-smoked paprika, chilli powder, rosemary, orange zest The flavours of Seville and Andalucia perfect for sauteed chicken, baked or grilled white fish, tomato salads, beef stew and oxtail. Brilliantly seasons paella rice with leftover chicken, beef and/or vegetables.  All-natural ingredients with no additives, preservatives or fillers. Blended and packed by hand into home-compostable bags for freshness inside each tin. Made in a facility that handles wheat, mustard, sesame, celery and milk. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Not to be consumed raw.
