Salt & Aromatics Celery Salt

The first two Celery Salt we sold were to Americans - in America. Over there Celery Salt is an essential in all kinds of Northern-European-derived dishes and especially Coleslaw. It's also called for in Caesar Salad. Over here we love it in a Bloody Mary, as a dip for peeled hard-boiled quail's eggs but it's just as delicious in an egg salad. Our version includes lemon, pepper and horseradish for a nice little kick... Ingredients: Sea salt (80%), CELERY seed, cumin seed, lemon zest, black pepper, sweet paprika, tomato, HORSERADISH allergens in BOLD 160g Intended for use as a seasoning Store cool and dry Packed into a home-compostable bag. The tin is recyclable but - sorry - you'll need to remove the vinyl labels which is fiddly. They can then be disposed of in the general waste gluten-free
