This limited edition was created by laying down our classic One Gin in a reclaimed port barrel. The result is a smooth, distinctive ruby gin bursting with spice, warm vanilla and toasted oak. Tasting Notes: An overall aromatic nose of baking spices, vanilla, sage, dates and pipe tobacco. Leads to a palate of bacclava, iced buns, pistachio ice cream, mincemeat, sage and baked granola, with a long, smooth finish. Designed for the ultimate negroni, or try it neat, on the rocks or in a G&T with a squeezed wedge of lemon.
