Hojicha is a delicious, stone-ground roasted green tea. It has a similar concept to Matcha, but the tea leaves are roasted at 200 degree before the grinding process and hojicha is lower in caffeine. The roasting process imparts a beautiful nuttiness much like a lightly roasted coffee with zero bitterness. Our Hojicha uses the entire tea leaf, and by ingesting the whole leaf, you get the most out of it! You can also use this powder to make amazing desserts.
