The Smoke features a rugged housing with molded gaskets for splash protection. Smoke uses Pro Series probes which are interchangeable with probes suitable for Smoke, ChefAlarm® and DOT® The Smoke accepts two probes, one for the meat and one for the pit and can track each probe independently with adjustable high and low alarms. Probes included. The Smoke has a wireless range of 100m and the large display digits are visible from a distance and there is a built in backlight for low light conditions.
