Ideal for measuring high temperatures i.e. fryers/ovens and any other application involving high temperatures. Response time is less than four seconds. Probe temperature range -200 to 1100°C. Supplied with two meter PTFE cable. The probe measures Ø3mm in diameter and is available in three probe lengths - 180mm, 500mm and 1000mm. Longer leads are available on request.
