The Calcheck function is activated by pressing the “on/off” and “hold” buttons simultaneously at the time of powering on the device and the test cap inside the device will show 0.0°C ±0.1 degree. ThermaLite 2 Digital Foodservice Thermometers display temperature from -39.9 to 149.9°C with a resolution of 0.1°C and an accuracy of ±0.5°C (-39.9 to 124.9° VS). This precision is guaranteed for life, thanks to advanced electronic instruments. The ThermaLite ® 2 integrates Calcheck, Hold and a °C / °F functions. These thermometers weigh only 45 grams, battery included, and feature a clear, easy to read LCD display with an open circuit “Err” and low battery indication. The ThermaLite's Auto Power Off feature automatically turns the instrument off after 10 minutes, maximizing battery life. The Thermalite ® Thermometer is housed in a high impact ABS plastic housing which includes the Biomaster additive which reduces bacterial growth and is ideal for everyday and catering applications. The reduced penetration probe Ø3.3 x 80 mm, made of stainless steel, is ideal for measuring the temperature of foods and semi-solid materials.
