Emblematic of Japan, Sencha green tea has a unique manufacturing method which consists of subjecting the tea leaves to a steam bath to stop their oxidation in the hours following their picking. This method allows Japanese Sencha to develop a bouquet of almost iodized vegetal notes, very balanced, lively and refreshing.
