DELUXE Flat hiking compass

Deluxe Hiking Compass High resistance compass (made of acrylic and ABS) ideal for outdoor activities. 

This compass is equipped with the scales 1/50000 th and 1/25000 th. 

Its central magnifying glass allows you to visualize the details of the topo map. 

How to use your compass correctly? 

Lay the compass flat on a map at the starting point with the aiming arrow (the red arrow in front of the dial) in the direction of the destination point, your bearing. 

Then turn the dial so that the north point (value N) is parallel to the north of the map (ie the upper part of the map). 

Thus, your compass is configured according to the map. 

From there, you take the compass in hand and you turn on yourself until the magnetic needle meets north on the dial: you no longer have only to follow the correct direction given by the aiming arrow. 

As you walk, make sure the magnetic needle stays aligned with north on the dial. 

If there is a deviation, you have changed course!
