Growers perpetuate ancestral techniques to offer a product of exceptional quality. The hand-picked coffee cherries are slowly dried over a period of 14 to 18 days. The result is a bright cup with elegant floral notes, enriched by a sweetness reminiscent of milk chocolate and a hint of green apple.
