USES: Mixture of spices to make gingerbread, biscuits, shortbread, ice cream, sponge cake, crème brûlée... It is also a mixture to sprinkle on pies, fruit salad, cut oranges, put in jams .... RECIPE (Recipe suggestion for a homemade gingerbread, because there are many) Ingredients : > 8gr of gingerbread mix (2 teaspoons) > 75g of honey > 75g of sugar > 75g rye flour > 75g wheat flour > 60g of butter > 100g of milk > 4g baking powder PREPARATION : - Heat the honey, sugar, milk and butter together in a saucepan. - Mix the flour, baking powder and spices in a bowl. - Add the contents of the saucepan to the previous mixture, mix well. - Put in a buttered cake mold - Bake at 140° for about 1 hour.
