What is Two Bad Bears and why call yourselves that...?

Well lets start with the what are we? Two Bad Bears is the physical manifestation of Phil's (One of the bears) creative frustration. He spent his life doing the things he needed to do - rather than the things he loved to do. Which happens to be anything creative - writing, drawing, painting, sketching, modelling (as in clay - don’t think hunk on a calendar! That's not him at all! Think more Johnny Vegas than Brad Pitt, although you would think he was more Brad the way he goes on!)

We currently create unique candles, containing either written statements or unique designs, sketched buy us then 3D modelled by various 3D skilled modelers. We aim to bring you quality, unique designs and gifts.

Why did we call ourselves Two Bad Bears. Well out of the mouths of babes as they say. Phil used to tell the kids amusing little stories, white lies and exaggerations in an attempt to enrich their lives and make them giggle with joy or just to make them see wonder and magic everywhere. Well, we had adopted the names mamma bear & poppa bear like many parents do. Then one day after Phil dragged me screaming and kicking into one of his stories, our little girl smiled at us and said, ""That cant be true - you two are very bad bears indeed"" - Whenever we get caught in one of these stories now, the children call us bad bear or bad bears. We gained a real endearment to the name and decided to keep it :-)

It is safe to say we are a real family run business. Every purchase you make helps us to provide for our family - which consists of Mum, Dad, Little Girl, Little Boy, 2 cats, 1 Dog, 2 Hamsters, a Gerbil and a Fish called Survivor!
