Vibrant, lively cup, with ripe cherry sweetness. A true representation of the beautiful Pacamara variety. Las Moritas started small, only growing tomatoes, beans and corn. Over 30 years ago, Don Higinio and his wife Doña Aura purchased this small farm and planted their first bourbón varietal coffee seeds, handed down from Don’s father. Every year, they acquired more land and continued to grow Las Moritas into the successful coffee farm it is today. They decided to grow more alternative varieties like Pacamara, although producing less yield the quality is spectacular - possibly our favourite Guatemala! This lot is also processed by the very professional Los Volcanes station in Antigua.
