There, the fragrant basmati rice is traditionally grown with a lot of experience and expertise. Biodynamic DEMETER agriculture is a rarity in India! That's why we are all the happier that we can get our rice from a fairly managed cooperative. Because wholeness is important to us, especially when it comes to food from the Global South.
