In Italy, our beans are grown purely organically and have only been transported a short distance. This is a really good and important thing, especially with foods like beans, because they are eaten and bought a lot. Each time, the beans are shipped or flown from their origin to the country where they will be eaten. That's why we're especially happy about the local origin of our staple foods.
