There the almond trees grow in the full Spanish sun between all kinds of wild herbs and on living soil instead of in the typical monoplantation! Due to the natural cultivation method and the gentle drying in raw food quality, our almonds taste particularly delicious and aromatic and are nice and crunchy! The fewer processing steps a food goes through, the better for the quality. That's why our almonds are still in their shells!
