The north of Bolivia is one of the main growing areas for the nut. The rich local rainforest creates the optimal conditions for cultivation, as Brazil nuts only grow within natural ecosystems and vegetation and not on plantations! The nuts are gently dried on site in raw food quality. They are best known for their high selenium content. It varies depending on the growing area: In certain areas of Bolivia, the selenium content of the nuts is particularly high. The aromatic, nutty and crunchy kernels are also really tasty! And because they were grown organically, fairly and with a lot of love in Bolivia's rainforest and thus also contribute to the protection of the rainforest, we have already taken them firmly into our hearts.
