The perfect evening treat… A malty, light, crispy, chewy mix of grains and seeds, all tucked up together, and drizzled with Belgian milk chocolate. This 40g snoozy snack contains Montmorency Cherries, which help to increase the production of melatonin, the ‘sleepy’ hormone, L-Theanine, an amino acid found in green tea which aids rest and focus, and Chamomile, a flower that has been associated with feelings of relaxation for centuries. Can be eaten in the bath (the shower is much more challenging). Store in a cool dry place, not under your pillow.
