Professional oxidizing emulsion formulated with 40 volume hydrogen peroxide, a concentration of 12%. Range of oxidants formulated with hydrogen peroxide, with different concentrations. Its essential characteristic is that it enhances the development of color when mixed with hair coloring cream, in permanent coloring. Vegan formulation contains osmosis (deionized) water and stabilized hydrogen peroxide. It can also be used to mix with bleaching powder for hair bleaching. Warnings: Contains hydrogen peroxide.
