Professional oxygenated emulsion for the permanent hair colouring process At Válquer Laboratorios we present our oxidising emulsion formulated with hydrogen peroxide, with a concentration of 30 volumes (9%). Its essential characteristic is that it enhances the development of color when mixed with hair coloring cream, in permanent coloring. It should also be noted that this vegan formulation contains osmosis (deionized) water and stabilized hydrogen peroxide. It can also be used to mix with bleaching powder for hair bleaching. Warnings: Contains hydrogen peroxide. Use appropriate gloves. Avoid all contact with eyes. Rinse eyes immediately if product comes into contact with them.
