[*ORGANIC] EU AGRICULTURE DESCRIPTION Herbal supplement based on plants, in particular with Psyllium, Buckthorn and Mallow combined to promote regular intestinal transit and Peppermint, which promotes regular intestinal motility and the elimination of gas.  Naturalax Valverbe herbal tea does not contain Senna.  Therefore it is important to follow the correct preparation to benefit from its properties.  INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE One filter in approximately 130/150 ml of boiling water.  Leave to infuse for 5/7 minutes with a lid to avoid the loss of the volatile principles.  Take two cups a day, one before bed and another in the morning on an empty stomach, preferably preparing the herbal tea the night before and heating it slightly before drinking. ANDit is preferable not to use chlorinated water.  Before removing the sachets, press them lightly with the teaspoon.  Possible slight variations in taste and color are part of the naturalness of the product.  WARNINGS Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.  Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.  The infusion of these medicinal herbs is gluten-free.
