[*ORGANIC] EU/NON-EU AGRICULTURE DESCRIPTION Food supplement based on plant extracts, in particular with St. John's Wort and Melissa to promote relaxation and mental well-being together with Rhodiola, to maintain normal mood.  INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE A filter in a cup of boiling water, leave to infuse for 5/7 minutes with a lid to avoid the loss of the volatile principles, take in the morning and in the afternoon. ANDit is preferable not to use chlorinated water.  Before removing the sachets, press them lightly with the teaspoon.  Possible slight variations in taste and color are part of the naturalness of the product.  WARNINGS Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.  Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.  If you take medications, ask your doctor for advice before using the product because St. John's wort extract can interfere with the metabolism, also inhibiting its activity.  St. John's wort extract is contraindicated in childhood and adolescence.
