This product offers a cheaper alternative for those using vanilla pods during these times of skyrocketing vanilla prices. These vanilla cuts are cured, pulverised and dried with no additives retaining a milder characteristic aroma of bourbon vanilla and a rich dark colour. Ideal for use at home or by professionals, this product is suitable for all baking, patisserie and other culinary uses.
