Crafted only during the short blooming season in March, the tea leaves are gently roasted together with the blossoms to naturally infuse their delicate floral aroma. The base tea—grown in Hualien—is known for its naturally smooth and sweet profile, which pairs beautifully with the light, citrusy fragrance of pomelo flowers.
